Edge of Capileira
We had waited for a while to get a window of opportunity in the weather. But once the bright sunshine was available, this rural sale property presented a few challenges, making it an interesting project to undertake.
Set in a fantastic location, this stone built property had large picture windows, but quite dark stone interiors. We had to take multiple interior photos, which then needed stacking and merging (HDR), to deal with the high dynamic range of light between the interior and exterior.
The property was also on a number of levels which meant that we needed to find the best angles to photograph the main building (from lower down) whilst maintaining the verticals as best as possible. And with such fantastic views, it was good to create a few panoramas showing the house in its expansive surroundings.
The good news is that this property was sold shortly after the photos were uploaded. We would like to think that our photos attracted buyers who could see the potential of this property either as a home or as a rental business.
