El Corral
This lovely little apartment was originally a potters workshop in the town of Carataunas. The owner and interior designer have done a great job of restoring the property, whilst keeping much of the character of the original building – the rustic tiles, stone walls and antique furniture all being in keeping with the original building usage.
We needed to make sure that we captured the feel of the property and showed off the efforts that had been made to bring light into the inner areas. We also wanted to capture some of the intricate details that the owner and the interior designer had added to the apartment, especially some of the space saving ideas including sliding doors.
On the day of the shoot, the owner provided food and drinks to be used in the shoot, which made it easier for us to lay out, both on the tables as well as on the kitchen surface.
