Continuing our work with a local interior designer, this modern apartment had been updated with plans for it to become a rental property. The apartment was in a coastal complex with great views of the Mediterranean from the sea facing balcony.

As always, the challenge with these shoots is the lighting as the range is so large between the inside and outside. We had to use bracketed sets of 5 and even 7 shots to be able to capture the level of detail needed to showcase both the inside and outside at the same time.

For a shoot of a rental property, we always provide and lay out food and drinks (Tapas) to create a welcoming feeling to future guests when they are considering this property compared to others.
