To some extent this photo shoot posed the same challenges as its sister house (see La Loma) for lighting and time available for the assignment. Other considerations involved the style of the interior and the newness of the property.

The owner was very keen to make sure features of the decor were shown. To this end we were careful not to overlook details e.g moulded plasterwork, Moorish-style tiles, intricate wooden panelling etc. We also made sure to photograph wall murals to their best advantage.

As the house was so new, we needed to impart a welcoming feel for clients who might want to rent the house for their holiday. We came prepared with props to lay out a buffet in the conservatory. As the garden wasn’t established yet we shot the exterior in a strategic way that was truthful but so that the house was not disadvantaged by the garden which at the time was not yet mature.

About our Virtual Tours

Virtual tours are a great way to showcase your land or property for sale or for rent. They allow the user (purchaser or guest) to have a good look around and to get a better understanding of what is on offer including the layout of the property as well as extras such as pools, views and gardens.
