Casa Tita Maria
In preparation for this shoot we met the owner and the interior designer to do an initial walk-through before the house was finished. The idea of the property was that there would be two rental properties in one house ie a larger and smaller accommodation that could be rented separately or the entire house could be rented as one big accommodation. It was important therefore that we created a set of photos for each scenario.
Although the property was a town house, it had a walled garden outside as well as an elevated terrace with views of the Contraviesa. We also included photos of land in front of the property because the owner had plans to create off-road parking for guests.
One of the many interesting features of this property was its adherence to authenticity of a retro style with objets d’art and original fittings. At times we deviated from using typical angles of shooting real estate in order to show such features like the antique floor and wrought iron stair railings.
